![]() ![]() Since returning home, I have had so many people comment on how amazing it looked, I would really recommend a trip here. My favourite room was of course the cinema room - such a cool unique experience! When it does 'rain' its not relaxing, you do feel like you are being waterboarded! worth it though! Only thing available for free was the fruit tea and some water which was only at one station - could have been spread around a little as the spa is across 2 floors. I was under the impression that aperitivo was included in the ticket price as many people seem to have commented but this was not the case when I asked? was slightly confusing. There are many people who have cameras out etc, this didn't bother me as Im from that generation that it used to this but I note some people may feel uncomfortable. If you are looking for a quiet, limited people/relaxing spa - this is probably not for you. We went on a Monday from 11-4 - it was still busy at this time but not to the extent that it took away enjoyment of the experience. The spa is in a beautiful setting, it has a nice range of saunas, steams, jacuzzis, pools, relaxation rooms. The reception staff where very kind and always gave me new ones. My slippers where taken twice and my towel was taken twice as well. As well as tea and coffee - you can go up multiple times for all items within your set time. There where two types of beer on tap and white, red and rose wine available. Is a cold buffet made up of variety of salads, grains, meats, cheese and breads. Overall the majority of visitors where lovely, kind and friendly there where just a few who where ruining it by talking very loudly and not making any effort to keep others out of their social media content. There is a great variety of rooms to explore and enjoy and I really liked the variety. Outside each room there is a sign that tells you about the room and the ritual to ensure that you get the most out of it. With certain rooms people where just there to get there social media material so they would come do their thing and then leave. Yes it’s busy but it’s also a large spa with lots of rooms which if you are patient then you can enjoy them and get the experience you want. As it is a social space please don’t talk loudly, it is a spa and people want to relax so try and talk in a whisper. ![]() Also be patient and kind to other people at the spa, don’t get annoyed / upset that people are getting in your media accidentally while filming there as it’s a social space. By all means get a photo/ video for your insta / social media but be mindful of the other people around you and try and keep others out of your photos/ videos. ![]() However to anyone going please be mindful that there are other people on the spa there was a lot of filming going on and taking photos. For context I did the 5 hour pass with wellness break. I know this place has been on tik tok and on other social media sights a-lot and it is fantastic and worth the hype. Overall do not recommend if you are truly looking for a relaxing spa day. This must be a truly terrible experience for any locals on a spa day. My strong advice to the owners of this spa are to prohibit the use of phones in the rooms. There are people here that are not here to relax or enjoy the experience but are there to take pictures for their social media and have complete disregard for others who are just trying to relax and enjoy their day. I even got asked several times to move so that someone could take their pictures without me in the background!!!- obviously I just gave them a typical British dirty look. This completely ruins the atmosphere in most of the rooms and makes for a completely unrelaxing experience. The BIG downside to this however is that (as many other reviews have stated) this has become a big tik tok trend. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The lockers were ample size and the showers had all the necessary toiletries. The location is beautiful and this is a truly unique experience unlike any other spa we have visited. ![]() Whilst visiting Milan, this came up as one of the top things to do. ![]()
